My order is being returned to sender. What now?

Created by Customer Service Support, Modified on Fri, 9 Oct at 3:04 AM by Customer Service Support

A package is returned to sender when the carrier could not deliver it. The most common reasons:

  • The address was incomplete or incorrect (missing apartment number, wrong ZIP code)
  • The recipient moved and did not set up forwarding
  • The package was refused or not collected from the post office in time
  • Customs could not clear the package (international orders)

Please check the shipping address in your confirmation email, then contact us with your order number.

If the address was correct and the carrier made the error, we will reship your order free of charge. If the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship to a corrected address for a reshipping fee.
