My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. Is something wrong?

Created by Customer Service Support, Modified on Fri, 9 Oct at 3:04 AM by Customer Service Support

Usually not. Packages are not scanned at every stop, and carriers can go several days without an update, especially during holiday rushes, bad weather or customs clearance. Many packages that look “stuck” are still moving and deliver on time.

Common reasons tracking pauses:

  • The package is in transit between sorting facilities and has not been scanned
  • Carrier backlog during peak season or weather delays
  • International packages waiting for customs or being handed to the local carrier

If tracking has not moved for more than 15 business days (US) or 25 business days (international), you are entitled to a free replacement or a refund under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us with your order number and we will take care of it.
