Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that your order goes straight into production (labels printed, items picked and printed) and can no longer be changed or stopped. See our Cancellation Policy.
To cancel, submit a ticket or email support@avis89.com within 2 hours of ordering with your order number and the reason for cancelling. Your refund goes back to the original payment method and usually appears within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 2 hours the order is already being produced and cannot be cancelled. If it has shipped, please see our Return & Refund articles for what we can do once it arrives.
