Why was I charged an international transaction fee?

Some banks add an international or foreign transaction fee when a payment is processed by a payment provider registered outside your country, even when the prices are shown in US dollars.

This fee is charged by your bank, not by us, and we do not receive it. If you would like to avoid it, many cards and digital wallets (for example PayPal or Shop Pay) do not charge foreign transaction fees; your bank can confirm which applies to your card.
